Joe chillin on the air bed sun afternoon Dec 26, 04

Joe's medical obligations have been met thus far. We still have to have him nuetered and pay for the balance of his vaccinations, which he had Wednesday. I give rabies seperately so he had that the day we got him out of the shelter. Had the leg not been broken he would have been neutered him the next day when bloodwork was back. Obviously, the leg took priority. He will be getting "tutored" week after next.

Joe got his sutures out today and a bath and when we got home he grabbed a toy and took off out to the back yard.

He heard voices on the other side of the fence and had to go check it out.

I might better get dem

Joe busted the staples on the back of his neck so he gets to wear the Bite Not collar so he can't scratch them open again. This is where one of the lumps he had removed was located. The other was on his right flank and he hasn't given that the time of day.

Joe and Harleigh getting acquainted

C'mon Joe, play with me

See my cute butt???

I knew you couldn't resist!

I stepped in and stopped them before they got into full blown flirting and playing cause I don't want Joe to damage the leg that is still healing. I just wanted to introduce him to Harleigh and will introduce him to Honey tomorrow.

he still can't run, rip or play hard for another 4-6 weeks
